PSG Team Member through a $1.65M/1 year project:

• Led team in the evaluation, analysis and organizational redesign of the Office of Housing Counseling. New organization optimized human capital with workload requirements, improving caseload capacity for each case worker by 23%.

• New organizational design led to greater Housing Counseling Agencies (HCA) capacity as well as participation. In 2016, new processes improved HCA’s participation by 30% as well as ensured 100% program compliance.
