CPM Scheduling and Project Controls:

Over a 24-Month Project. The PSG Primavera Consultants Team provided complete project controls, CPM Scheduling services, and training to support the organization’s capital projects, asset management, and facilities management group.

The first phase and immediate priority were staffing a P6 Scheduling expert for the upcoming plant outage. All resources and attention would be focused on the outage.

Our Teams role was to supply a seasoned P6 Scheduler and PSG Primavera Consultant to assist with support planning and efforts for the scheduled outage, our team was responsible for maintaining the schedule throughout the outage and utilizing this firsthand experience to provide lessons learned for the subsequent phases.

The second phase was to begin immediately following the conclusion of the outage.

The Primavera Consultants team’s first step was an assessment and analysis of the clients’ process to identify the following:

Asset Management Suite
Best Practices & Procedure Reporting

The third phase was roll-out.

The process provided a long-term solution and allowed for a measured approach to future success. This staged approach allowed the project to move forward in a measured and successful manner.
