Description of Services Provided:

Prescient Solutions Group as a team member deployed for the Office of Data Quality and Performance Management functions. Our team developed the organizational construct, workforce design and established entire governance suite to support USAID Data Process requirements, and mission.

As part of a Governance & Process, Expert 8-person team, PSG was responsible for USAID CIO Strategy, Process, and Quality Management initiatives.

Our team developed and delivered the CMMI 2.0 Strategic Assessment and deployment plan for all CIO processes.

As part of our responsibilities, our team deployed Measurement & Analysis processes for CIO process Audit and Quality Assurance requirements and conducted FITARA compliance reporting for CIO.
