Ian Richey, is a published and recognized industry leader in quality management and performance improvement. As President, he manages corporate strategy, leading PSG’s Federal,Consulting &Business Transformation Practices.
With more than 20 years consulting expertise to commercial and federal clients, Mr. Richey provides focused knowledge in the areas of Telecommunications, Information Technology, and the Defense Industry. He holds a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, and a Jonah (Theory of Constraints) certification.
Mr. Richey served in the U.S. Navy in the field of Cryptology. While actively deployed to the 6th Fleet, he attained an MBA from Bowie State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College.
Mr. Drossman has more than 25 years of executive sales, technology management, client development and program/project management experience. He understands how to help organizations develop solutions to improve performance. Lance is a published and recognized industry leader in Project Portfolio Management & IT Governance. He holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Bowling Green State University, and continues his education through certifications, industry technology forums, engaging in business, philanthropic and industry leadership roles. He has successively led teams of specialists, focused on delivering value to clients across a multiple markets. His experience began as a project management sales consultant, serving industries such as engineering & construction. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in operations, business development, information technology, client engagement, strategic partnerships supporting education, healthcare, finance, biotech, and DoE &DoD markets. As CEO Lance manages operations and spearheads all client acquisition and engagement initiatives for Prescient Solutions Group (PSG). He is actively involved in leadership roles for both philanthropic and business oriented community action groups.
